Returns Policy

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase! Please see below for conditions and details on making a return.

If you have received a faulty item please email sydneyhq@animal-lib.org.au with clear photos of the faults and we’ll sort this out ASAP.

Conditions

 
  • Your items will need to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unstained.

  • You can post your return back within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • Return postage is at your own expense - a trackable method is recommended. We will pay for the shipping of your new item, if exchanged for a new size or if item is faulty. As we are a charity, we cannot afford to cover international shipping.

How do I send a return?

 
  1. Notify us via Facebook Messenger, or email sydneyhq@animal-lib.org.au

  2. Await confirmation

  3. Send the parcel to:

    Animal Liberation 
    Suite 378, 846-850 Military Road,
    Mosman, 2088

Have you received my return?

 
  • Regular post can take up to a week to be delivered to us.

  • For returns, please allow one week for us to process your reimbursement.

  • For exchanges please allow two business days (from when we receive your return) for your new order to be sent out.

  • We will send you a confirmation of your reimbursement or new shipment.

Is there anything I cannot return?

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the following items:

  • Books

  • Pens

  • Worn clothing

  • Stickers
