Returns Policy
Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase! Please see below for conditions and details on making a return.
If you have received a faulty item please email sydneyhq@animal-lib.org.au with clear photos of the faults and we’ll sort this out ASAP.
Conditions
Your items will need to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
You can post your return back within 14 days of receiving your items.
Return postage is at your own expense - a trackable method is recommended. We will pay for the shipping of your new item, if exchanged for a new size or if item is faulty. As we are a charity, we cannot afford to cover international shipping.

Have you received my return?
Regular post can take up to a week to be delivered to us.
For returns, please allow one week for us to process your reimbursement.
For exchanges please allow two business days (from when we receive your return) for your new order to be sent out.
We will send you a confirmation of your reimbursement or new shipment.

Is there anything I cannot return?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the following items:
Books
Pens
Worn clothing
Stickers
